Personal Training

Train in person or online, it’s up to you! I will motivate and challenge you with a customized workout plan, tailored to your unique goals and abilities—whether you’re 16 or 96!

1 Session: $45 (1hr)

HIIT

 

In this exciting, 45min High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class, short bursts of intense exercise are combined with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. Classes mix aerobic, resistance training, and an element of core . This class can be easily modified for lower impact or to accommodate an injury.

This class is offered Online and does not require traditional equipment (although feel free to use weights if you have them!)

ABS & Stuff

 

This challenging, 45min class focuses on activating the entire core muscle group to work on developing deep core strength.

Circuit

 

In this 45min circuit, class participants will rotate through a circuit of 6-10 unique stations/exercises. The format of this class allows for a highly creative and fun session.

Strength and conditioning

 

This 45 min class focuses on building total body strength though a series of carefully planed resistance exercises. This slower paced class can be modified to suit everyone.
This class requires some form of resistance equipment such as free weights, books, milk jugs etc. Mini bands can be purchased for $6 for home use.

Kickboxing
